The Clueray team came together out of a shared desire to tackle complex, interesting, and important technology problems, a passion for creating great products, and a desire to become regulars at a local Udon joint. Geographically, we’re located “wherever there is bandwidth” – though more often in the Western Hemisphere, usually (but not always) north of the equator, and ideally within walking distance of a body of water. The company does maintain (and occasionally even check) a physical mailbox located next to a lake in Michigan.

Kurt started his first technology company right out of school almost 20 years ago and has been starting, growing, and operating technology companies ever since. The majority of his career has been spent in senior management roles at venture-backed technology companies, including positions in North America and Europe. Never one to shy away from a run-on sentence, he brings to the table a unique blend of operations, sales and marketing, and international experience, along with a Ph.D. in artificial intelligence.

George has over 20 years’ experience designing and implementing large-scale software systems. His extensive experience managing the development and delivery of complex, mission-critical solutions is combined with a unique breadth of technical skills (real-time systems, massively scalable internet apps, enterprise systems, etc) and an impressive collection of frequent flyer miles.
